A locally owned team with deep roots in Northern Nevada staffing.
Johnny VanLeer
President
Johnny oversees team strategy and delivery for our partners, bringing a can-do attitude to integrating our team with each client’s culture. With more than 20 years of HR and staffing experience, he’s focused on building premier recruiting and placement services across Northern Nevada. Outside of work, he dedicates his time to family, friends, and youth empowerment.
Charda Smith
Director of Operations
Charda believes in treating people with respect and learning something new every day. She joined Sourced in March of 2016 and brings more than five years of management experience that sharpens her customer service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, sports, travel, cooking, and a good crime show.
