You’ll own the details that keep customers happy and the plant fed: accurate orders, clear answers, and clean handoffs between the floor and the people buying the product.

What you’ll do
• Enter, track, and expedite orders with accuracy and speed
• Set customer specs and handle questions and complaints before they pile up
• Open and manage accounts; keep product availability and records straight
• Process quote requests and special shipping asks
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams; join meetings and pull reports when needed
• Answer phones and email professionally; back up the desk as needed
• Cross-train across the department and help with special projects

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• At least 1 year in customer service, order processing, or data entry
• Manufacturing or inventory control experience preferred
