1st Shift: $18.00/hour — 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift: $19.00/hour — 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
3rd Shift: $20.00/hour — 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

The General Operator performs specialized processes in molding, laminating, and finishing high-performance product.

What you’ll do
• Run specialized molding, laminating, and finishing processes
• Follow operating and process procedures, company standards, and safety regulations
• Work on a raised platform and, when required, suspended in a harness above the workspace
• Stay focused through repetitive tasks and hold a high standard of detail
• Work independently or with the crew

What you need
• Positive attitude; work alone or on a team
• Lift up to 50 lbs; kneel, bend, and stand for long stretches
• Comfortable on a raised platform and in a harness above the workspace
• Follow verbal and written instructions on operations, processes, and safety
• Physically dexterous; able to concentrate on repetitive work
• Quick, methodical, efficient, and detail-focused
• Available for overtime, varied shifts, and weekends
