$22–$24/hr · Day or swing shift · Reno, NV · Temp-to-hire

Shifts
• Day shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (5 openings)
• Swing shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (1 opening)

What you'll do
• Run injection molding machines, automation machines and related equipment
• Troubleshoot machine errors, find the root cause and fix it fast to cut downtime
• Keep machines stocked with raw material to keep production moving
• Log daily output, downtime and quality checks
• Pitch in by hand on production lines that aren't fully automated
• Keep the clean room clean and up to standard

What you'll need
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience as a machine operator, process technician, production operator, automation technician or similar
• Able to work in a clean room and a fast-paced environment
• Quick at diagnosing and fixing technical problems
• Strong computer skills and clear communication
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable, consistent attendance
• Must pass a drug test and have a clean background check
• A certificate in injection molding, automation or plastics, an associate degree in industrial technology or mechatronics, or a CTE program is a plus, not a must
