Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

A local manufacturer is hiring 15 Packaging Operators to join its clean room team in the injection molding production area. You'll pull orders quickly and accurately, keep parts moving, and help build and test product.

What you'll do:
- Pull orders accurately and quickly
- Operate a forklift or pallet jack (manual or electric) as needed
- Learn and follow the department's standard practices and procedures
- Move equipment and materials, and load and unload pallets and units of components (boxes, bags, cases, gaylords and more)
- Keep accurate component and product counts and keep the pack-out area neat and organized
- Coordinate with material handlers so parts arrive from the warehouse on time for clean room production
- Assemble and test product following written procedures, bills of materials, and quality criteria
- Set up and run fixtures, tooling, and assembly machines, and use test equipment such as calipers and product testers
- Help train team members and support other departments when needed
- Other duties as assigned

What you need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with common hand tools, computers, and electronic tools
- Good spoken and written communication and able to work well with others
- Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of parts flow and material handling
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 lbs frequently
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Willing to wear PPE (provided)

Nice to have:
- 1+ years assembling and testing small mechanical or electro-mechanical parts
- Technical certificate and/or LEAP or CTE program completion
