Part-time Janitor

Location: Reno, NV
Worksite: Local warehouse

Shift
- Part-time, about 26.5 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM

$18 per hour with a 7 AM start, done by noon most days. Thursdays end at 1:30 PM. Must be able to drive a ride-on floor scrubber (Kärcher). Keep a Reno warehouse clean and safe on a steady morning schedule.

Requirements

Required
- Must be able to drive a ride-on floor scrubber (Kärcher)
- At least 2 years of prior janitorial experience
- Reliable mornings Monday through Friday on the schedule above
- Comfortable on your feet and bending as part of regular cleaning work
- Able to follow a cleaning route and work independently with little direction
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Day-to-day duties
- Drive a ride-on floor scrubber (Kärcher) to clean warehouse floors, aisles, docks, and walkways
- Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors and common areas as needed
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas; restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Empty trash and recycling; keep disposal areas tidy
- Wipe down workstations, racks, high-touch surfaces, glass, and fixtures
- Respond to spills quickly and help keep walkways clear of hazards
- Follow site cleaning procedures and handle cleaning supplies safely
- Report repairs, leaks, or unsafe conditions to site leadership
- Other facility cleaning as assigned

Pay and benefits
- Pay: $18 per hour
