We HAVE MULTIPLE 3 SHIFTS WITH MULTIPLE OPENINGS

Open Positions: 5+

DAY SHIFT Hours: 8AM – 4:30PM

Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Primary Purpose:

The Production Operator efficiently performs repetitive assembly tasks associated with packaging company product or other Production Departments. Additionally, operators will maintain a meticulous attention to details, while producing quality workmanship.

Under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor, this position will work as part of the production team to successfully assemble product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Accurately assemble materials and subassemblies required to successfully complete a final product.

· Efficiently set up and safely operate manual production line

Refine data and format final product, manage revision control.

· Adhere to all operating procedures, quality standards, process parameters and company policies.

· Become proficient in appropriate production skills, achieving required knowledge levels and attending prerequisite training in specified timelines.

· Recognize and report any quality issues or file discrepancies identified during the assembly process.

· Reliably perform required process inspections and maintain a high standard of quality throughout the building process.

· Make suggestions on how to improve existing processes.

· Communicate problems, concerns and issues to the shift Supervisor, and/or Production Management.

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

· Perform related duties or responsibilities, as assigned or requested.

Qualification Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

· Minimum two (2) years successful work experience.

· Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed oral and written instructions.

· Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standard situations.
