Day shift
Pay: Starting $21.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime may be required

Swing shift
Pay: Starting $22.00/hour
Hours: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

Sourced Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a local Reno manufacturing facility assembling precision medical and laboratory devices. This is hands-on assembly work — accurate, detail-focused, and fast-paced. Day and Swing openings available.

What you will do
• Assemble equipment correctly from blueprints and schematics
• Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance
• Follow product quality standards and procedures
• Assemble devices or operate machinery on the production floor
• Use hand tools, tweezers, and light machinery
• Quality-check finished product and send unsatisfactory items to rework
• Work effectively with support teams and coworkers
• Other production duties as assigned

What helps you succeed
• Accurate work in a fast-paced assembly environment to hit quality and quantity quotas
• Comfortable reading diagrams, blueprints, and written/verbal instructions
• Mechanically inclined with good dexterity — hand and power tools
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Safe production habits and a stable work history
• Basic math for counting parts and simple quantities
