Sourced Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate — 2nd Shift for a Spanish Springs warehouse / distribution facility.

Pay: $21.00/hour
Training hours: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Regular hours: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Start date: ASAP

Move and stage materials, support receiving and shipping, and keep the dock and floor running safely on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety and quality policies and procedures
- Move and relocate materials throughout the warehouse
- Stage raw materials from incoming trailers
- Put away and locate materials using Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions
- Expedite materials from the warehouse to production as needed
- Deliver finished-goods pallets from production to shipping
- Wrap and load trailers for outbound shipment
- Process documentation for finished goods and material movement
- Keep dock and yard areas clean and organized
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training available as required)
- Other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Dependable for Monday–Friday 2nd shift
- Able to start ASAP and complete training hours (3:00 PM–12:30 AM)
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to about 40 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse / dock environment
- Prior warehouse, receiving, shipping, or forklift/PIT experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
