Schedule
• Week 1: Classroom training, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• After week 1: 8-hour shifts

Sourced Staffing is hiring two people for a small North Valleys warehouse crew. This role sets the pace for the parcel line. You build shippers, keep product pickers stocked, and work with little oversight. Patient safety stays the priority every shift.

What you will do (primary area)
• Pull trays of frozen or refrigerated ice packs from freezer/cooler and build shipper boxes
• Keep a steady flow of shippers to product picker operators so the line never waits
• Reload shippers on the line when empty
• Reload pallets of ice packs into doors when empty
• Keep the area clean and free of hazards
• Juggle build, reload, and cleanup without slowing the next station
• Rotate into other areas of the operation as needed — this container-build role comes first

What helps you succeed
• High energy and comfortable working fast
• Organized enough to run the area alone for several hours
• Okay working independently and also with a small team
• Does not need close supervision — stays on task with light lead oversight
• Reliable attendance — this floor is only about a dozen people; a no-show is a real hit to daily output
• Comfortable lifting 20 lbs regularly

Why attendance matters here
Orders still have to leave every day. Call-ins push overtime and extra load onto the rest of the crew. Show up ready, and you help the whole line stay efficient.

• Able to work alone for long stretches and stay productive
• Able to keep pace so downstream operators never run out of shippers
• Able to lift 20 lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and reliable transportation
