Warehouse Associate — Reno

Pay: $20–$22/hour

Hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Overtime may be required

Sourced Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a local Reno warehouse. This is hands-on receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory work in a fast-moving floor environment.

What you will do

• Receive, audit, and handle merchandise and materials
• Pull, audit, and organize products to fill production and customer orders
• Put away stock from production or purchase orders
• Track orders, materials, and stock movements
• Pick, pack, ship, and support inventory control
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack, pallet rider, forklift, or order picker as needed
• Train and help coworkers on material-handling processes
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

• Solid warehouse operations know-how
• Comfortable with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
• Comfortable with Windows, basic office software, and warehouse systems
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Follows procedures on tougher tasks and stays on top of changing priorities
• Notices delays or issues early and flags them
• Cross-trained mindset — willing to help finish work and train others

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of related warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
