Sourced Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for a local manufacturer. You will help process customer shipments and lead the warehouse team to hit daily targets in picking, packing, and shipping, while directing, coaching, and motivating team members in a culture of positivity, respect, safety, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
- Model and enforce safety and quality standards, and work with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve conflicts
- Use the ERP system to process shipments, troubleshoot issues, and complete basic inventory transactions
- Open and close the warehouse area and complete daily end-of-shift reports
- Lead start-of-shift huddles, communicate goals and expectations, and act as the liaison between departments
- Plan resources and workflow so daily and weekly plans are met
- Move equipment and materials to where they need to go
- Load and unload trucks
- Create receiving paperwork, verify parts against vendor packing lists, and report discrepancies to Purchasing and Logistics
- Support and lead inventory investigations and present results for approval
- Review and disposition non-conforming product
- Support cycle counts to keep on-hand stock accurate
- Coordinate material handlers so parts reach production on time
- Write standard work documents and SOPs
- Evaluate team members' skills and growth, and train staff
- Respond to emergencies in the warehouse
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse experience required
- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills, including working well with leaders
- Able to use loading docks, pallet jacks, pallet riders, reach forklifts, turret trucks, and similar equipment
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment to meet quality and quantity targets
- Knowledge of shipping and packaging equipment
- Basic math for computing quantities and counting parts
- Able to work with small components and hand tools for long periods
- A sharp eye for detail and quality
- Able to follow detailed manufacturing and process instructions
- Track record of consistent employment
- Technical certificate or LEAP/CTE program completion preferred
