Wholesale Account Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Love keeping orders moving and accounts squared away? We're looking for a Wholesale Account Coordinator who's sharp in Microsoft Office and confident with order and accounts receivable work. You'll be the steady point of contact who makes sure wholesale customers get the right product, on time, billed correctly.

What you'll do
- Enter and track wholesale orders
- Manage accounts receivable: post payments and follow up on balances
- Keep customers updated and records clean in Microsoft Office

What you bring
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with order management and accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail
